After 20 years in the corporate world as an internal auditor, I became obsessed with what makes businesses really work. But it wasn’t until I trained as an NLP Master Practitioner and coach that I discovered how much mindset and self-understanding matter too.
Now, I combine both the logic of business design and the human side of running one to help you create results that last.
My Journey
Like many course creators, I’m multi-passionate. I’ve built and run online programmes, supported coaches and experts, and spent years behind the scenes helping people design businesses that feel lighter and more aligned.
After moving to Devon, getting married, and becoming a mum, I realised that real success isn’t about more it’s about better.
